From Under 10’s up, the girls play in teams against other clubs across Canberra on a home and away basis.
Under 10’s and 11’s play 9-a-side with a goalkeeper.
Under 12’s and up play full field 11-a-side with a goalkeeper.
Capital Football coordinates the competition from U10’s to U18s.
Age groups for Girls include U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U16, U18.
Please note there are no U15 and U17 competitions. Girls turning 15 and 17 play up an age group.
